Kids Connection PDF Print E-mail

“Kids Connection” provides children with activities and ways to interact with the other children. Starbright Foundation has incorporated computer based programs that would allow children to interact with other kids via internet and through an interactive computer network that is hooked up to other major cancer centers and hospitals. Activates will include a support group, and this will be mandatory. This will help them with psychological issues and emotional stressors. This program will offer children a summer camp for two weeks. There will be doctors, nurses, and counselors on site and families invited. Motivational speakers who are survivors will come visit both the camp and the center.
