Damon Ellis is a life-long resident of Charleston, WV. Mr. Ellis is a graduate of Charleston Catholic High School, Salem-Teikyo University, and Capital University Law School.

After graduating from Capital University, Mr. Ellis returned to Charleston to practice law and has represented both individuals and corporations in personal injury, insurance, employment and other civil and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Ellis has experience in appellate matters and has appeared before the West Virginia Supreme Court.

Mr. Ellis is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, Ohio State Bar, American Bar Association, West Virginia Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Public Justice Foundation.

When Damon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and working out.
