During the first 6 months of this year, we will be asking families, friends, business owners and anyone in the communities in WV who may know, have lost someone or may be a cancer survivor, if they would like to be a  "Founding Donor."  A Founding Donor is a person, company or organization that would like to donate $1K or more to help Walking Miracles start achieving its goal of assisting  cancer patients and their families in West Virginia. As a Founding donor, you will have your name listed and business name and webpage linked as a supporter on our website on a special page, recognized at a dinner in your honor as we welcome new Founding members, as well as  invitations to special events yearly. You are a vital part of our organization as you will be assisting us in reaching a Founding Donor goal of $150K by October of 2012.  That is a celebration month for myself personally. I will be achieving the dream I had wanted to achieve by my 40th birthday, which is in October after 27 years in remission. If  you would like to be a founding donor, please contact us at 304-550-9599. We are a 501c3 non profit corporation and all gifts are tax deductible.

I hope that you will use our services during your time with your cancer survivorship journey. My family and I did not have such things which is why I want to bring these to you. I understand first hand the fortitude it takes to overcome the riggors of treatment and the pressure and stress it can cause. I am hoping that in working with us it will be a seamless process so you can focus on getting better, feeling stronger and having a better quality of life without the extras that go with it. I really do appreciate anyone that would support us without you there would not be such a possible service!!!
